Frequently Asked Questions (Membership) Whats the real difference between the riders and the Members? We feel it's the best way for you guys to benefit from your memberships as relevant products, services and news would be offered to you. Can I contact any other Members or Riders? If you do not know them personally, we will relay a message to them to let them know you would like to make a connection. What if I decide I no longer wish to be a member or have my name displayed? No problem. you will be removed and your membership canceled. Sadly no refund given due to the initial costs of merchandise sent to you. Will I be rewarded for introducing others to the Imortal membership system? The whole system runs on word of mouth and recognition and as grateful as we would be for your kind recommendations, we don't have a reward system set in stone! I'm in a remote part of the world. Are you sure I can become a member? Sure! In fact we would love to grow our members list far beyond the regular territories! You are very welcome, even if you live in the Amazon Jungle!! Can my membership remain discreet? Do i have to show off my name and location? If you wish for total privacy, let us know and we will only add your initials to the list. Alternations at future dates is not a problem. Can the riders and members make suggestions on future products, and designs and services? Absolutely. Bring it on!! As members, what is expected of us? The only thing we expect in return for creating this powerful club, is for you guys to uphold the Imortal brand proudly and always be courteous to your fellow members. As members, do we benefit from any kind of publicity? Yes. If you are in a line of work that is relevant or maybe beneficial to Imortal and your other fellow members, we will certainly do what we can to help you promote your product or service (within reason). We wouldn't want to turn the system and the 'family feel' to a Peer to Peer commercial play ground.
